Naturally, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products UNLESS:

  • Products arrive damaged or faulty.
  • Incorrect orders (wrong SKU/product) or was never delivered.

If this is the case, please open a support ticket on relevantmedium.com and prepare the requisite photo evidence and submission of tracking details.

All returns must be returned in their original packaging, and in the condition which they were received. You should also notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
